Tree of Thanks

Another idea from pinterest:
Turn fallen branches into a tree and add notes of thanks throughout the month.

I made this on Sunday while Mate watched football and the girls were napping.  All I had to pay for was the card stock.  I used a rubber band to secure the fallen branches, a pickle jar and some left-over decorative ribbon to complete the tree.

I may or may not come back to this post at the end of the month to list all that I am thankful for.  In case I don't, I'll include the first three now:

1. A healthy, happy marriage
2. Two healthy, happy children
3. My education

***It is a few days after I posted this and something came up that I wanted to include.  If I am going to fill an entire tree with all the good in my life, I better be able to fill another one with the good I can do for others.  Next year, I will spend the days of November working on that goal, instead.
