Operation Organization

Just before the girls turned 10 months old, we reluctantly switched to formula.  I would have loved to go the full year and definitely had some anxiety and guilt about the switch. Luckily, those feelings subsided and I've found a great use for formula containers.

I've been keeping all of my project supplies in our laundry room.  While it's a convenient place for all my stuff, lately, it has definitely looked a little bit like a dumping ground.  Since no one else really goes in there and I work hard to keep every other room neat and tidy, it's been easy to let this one get a bit messy.  Considering Mate and I are sort of like anti-hoarders, I knew this was going to become a problem.   To be honest, I'm surprised Mate never complained about the fabric, scrap paper, glue sticks, buttons, paint, etc overtaking the washer and dryer.  Good thing I'm the one who does the laundry!  Anyway, I figured it was time to do something before he could call me out on my mess.  This project was an easy way to upcycle all those formula containers and save my laundry room.

  1. We use are Up & Up cans to keep the patio clean of Louis "messes". ; ) haha!! xo ACTUALY!! I just remembered this! Back with Lucy when we were still using Enfamil I went to clean up the patio & the can was gone! I think someone stole it thinking it was formula, but...I would have llloved to see their face when they opened it! HA!
