Preschool Graduation

Last week was filled with all kinds of excitement for Mia and Ava as they prepared for Preschool Graduation. There were parties and picnics and trips to the zoo.  Along with all of that, came a bit of apprehension and worry about leaving their teachers.  Thankfully, I was able to assure them that they can go back to visit when Eliana begins preschool in September.  As for our emotions about the end of preschool . . . joy!!!  Okay, I did get teary eyed when my friend's daughter accepted her diploma, but I was all smiles and excitement when it was Mia and Ava's turn.  Weird, right? Anyway, here's a look at Graduation Day:

Mate has been traveling for work during every other performance at the girls' school.  We were so, so thankful he was able to attend this one.

We were more than entertained by the singing, hand holding and cap losing.
When Ava's name was called, she proceeded to bow numerous times before and after receiving her diploma.
Mia posed in so many different ways, but none of those pictures turned out because we were laughing too hard.

We have had more "what are they doing?" moments with these little ladies than I can count, but are so very thankful for their quirky personalities.
On to the next adventure . . .
