Eliana has always had longer, thicker hair than her older sisters, but we still planned to wait until preschool to get her first haircut. However, as I brushed her hair Sunday morning, it became clear that this little lady's split ends had to go. We made an impromptu visit to our local children's salon for this milestone:
She was quite excited and not the least bit apprehensive.
We watched on as her baby hair was snipped away.
She kept herself busy by making faces in the mirror.
A sticker, lollipop and certificate rounded out the first haircut experience.
We love watching her grow!
