Mate's Birthday

Mate's 29th Birthday was a great distraction from all the craziness of selling a house, preparing for a temporary move and building a new home.  Here is how we spent his day:

He woke up to this picture (a yearly tradition)

We went out to breakfast

Followed by a trip to renew his license

and snuggles with our not-so-little baby girl

Of course, there was birthday cake

and presents

An added bonus to the day was receiving a third offer on our house.  We're under contract, so more offers don't mean much except that we shouldn't have any trouble selling if something falls through.
