We've been quite busy experiencing some firsts and lasts. A few days ago, we attended our last parent-child gym class with Mia and Ava. It's hard to believe when we started at the Little Gym two years ago our girls were barely crawling. Tomorrow, they walk into their first class without us. We'll watch from behind the glass and wonder how we got to this point so quickly. Bittersweet. Thankfully, we have Eliana to enjoy parent-child class with starting on Friday.

The older girls also started swim lessons this weekend. When we woke up to blizzard-like conditions on Saturday, I momentarily regretted signing them up for a winter session. Not to mention, we were a little concerned about whether or not they would even cooperate. Thankfully, Mia and Ava loved their lesson and can't wait to go back.

We're spending this last week of January enjoying every remaining second of Eliana's first year. On Sunday, she turns one and that signals the end of some of the pampering she's grown accustomed to. In our house, you only get to wear the expensive Pamper diapers for a year. After that, you're downgraded to the Target brand. Okay, so maybe I set that up to be a little more dramatic than necessary, but it makes me kind of sad and, therefore, warrants a little drama. On the bright side, the Target diapers work just as well and the savings is a nice bonus. We can't wait to celebrate Eliana's very special birthday this weekend.
