Friday Five

1. It's no secret we've had lots of support from our families during the entire home building process.  Shortly after moving in, Mate's parents and grandparents generously offered to help with our landscaping.  On Sunday, we had the chance to thank them with lunch and a look at how it's all coming together.  We are quite lucky to have all their love, encouragement, support and praise.
2. Fall is my favorite season, so you better believe we hit the apple orchard the minute it was cool enough for a jacket.  Why the forecast is saying it's going to be 80 degrees next week is beyond me.
 3. Mia and Ava started their second year of soccer this past weekend.  If there are any sports in their future, we really hope it's this one.
 4. It's quite nice that these two are finally able to help out around here.
 5. We had a great time on the girls' first field trip to Beckwith Orchards.  Well, except for the part where Eliana made me carry her through the entire corn maze.
