It took nearly 4 years, but Mia and Ava have reached another milestone: their first haircuts. It seemed like forever before they even had enough hair for accessories. Then, that hair took the shape of mullets, which I blamed entirely on Mate since he sported a similar hair style as a child. We've been out of that stage for quite some time, but haircuts haven't seemed necessary. With their first school picture day upon us, I figured it was time to say goodbye to their baby hair. Thanks to my friend, Courtney, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Ava went first and I wasn't one bit sad, which was a bit of a surprise.
She had quite a good time making faces at herself in the mirror.
