Baby or Big Girl?
When Eliana woke up the other morning, Mate and I went into her room at
the exact same time and said, "good morning". Well, he said, "good
morning, big girl" and I said, "good morning, baby". Needless to say,
we've got her all mixed up. In the last month, I've noticed less baby
and more big girl. She falls asleep in my arms less, her hands no longer
look so tiny, she talks more and tries to do everything like Mia and
Ava. As I go back and forth between loving this new stage and missing
the previous one, I have found comfort in referring to Eliana as "my
baby". She's not a baby, but she will always be the baby of the family. Anyway, as you can see in this video, she's just as unsure
about all of this as I am:
