Christmas 2017

Every year, I go through our pictures and expect to see a plethora of photos from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.   Every year, I am surprised that they just don't seem to exist.  Here's what we've got to share:

Christmas Morning

 We were the last to leave my sister's house on Christmas Eve, which surely proves that we've reached a whole new stage in parenthood.  Gone are the days where we head home early to put little ones to bed. The freedom that this brings is refreshing, as is the chance to sleep in a bit later than expected.  

These girls loved their gifts and I was super excited about the the garbage can Mate bought me for our basement (if that isn't a gift that screams adulthood, I don't know what is).

We spent Christmas at my in-laws, where we enjoyed a relaxing day full of food and family.
