Celebrating Five

This year, the 15th of February (the date Mia and Ava came home from the hospital) happened to fall on President's Day.  With no school for the kiddos, it was a perfect opportunity to celebrate with friends.  The girls wanted a Frozen themed party and I was up for anything as long it meant I, also, got to spend the morning with my mommy friends. If you're a parent and don't have a circle of fellow parents that you hang out with on a regular basis, you're missing out.
 Ready for friends
Outfits to match the theme, of course
How nice is it when one of your friends saved her daughter's pull-string pinata and insists you reuse it?
Pizza for lunch followed by frozen yogurt. We've been celebrating birthdays for months and I couldn't stand the thought of another cake.
Before the party ended, the girls had a chance to open the lovely gifts their friends bought.  It was all made lovelier by the hand-made banner from my friend, Kristen.

We're so thankful for the 5 years we've had with these girls and for the friends we've collected along the way.
