We still have at least a couple of weeks before any building will actually begin on the property we purchased. According to my calendar, that puts us a couple months past schedule. We're very comfortable with our current living situation, but some visible progress would be nice. My type A personality has me thinking I should have been the general contractor on this project . . . we'd be halfway done if I knew anything about building a house.
Doing nothing clearly isn't my cup of tea, so I've decided to gather advice. If you have anything you love, hate, want to change about where you live, please let me know. If you couldn't imagine living without a walk-in pantry or mud room or formal living room, I want to know. If there is an item/material that is worth spending a bit more on or an area where it's okay to be conservative, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance for the help- y'all are the best. Yes, I just referred to you as y'all. It's Geauga County Fair time around here, which means my country girl roots show up.
