The girls posed for lots of pictures on Friday night
The little sisters got in on this one. For the first time, Eliana was quite distraught about not being a twin. We're working through those feelings . . .
They got in on a group shot, too.
Mia was chosen to ride on a tortoise for the second year in a row. Ava was too shy to join her.
After enjoying some of the festivities with our girls, I went to work Registration. When this group came through my line, I quickly realized they are the twins married to twins who all live together in Idaho . . . celebrity twins!!! Following the Friday night event, I found these two lovely ladies from Pittsburgh stranded in the nearly-empty parking lot. Rosie's key was stuck in the door and they'd been waiting 3 hours for AAA. Without the convenience of technology (they were still sporting some good ol' fashioned flip ones), they were quite distraught. We used my phone to get some additional help and they were on their way. I was so excited to see them enjoying themselves the next day. Rosie and Josie were definitely the highlight of my twins days weekend.
We were up bright and early Saturday morning for the Twins Days Parade.
We love the hustle and bustle of the town square as we make our way to the parade route.
We also love that there are free popsicles ALL WEEKEND LONG.
I had 5 and I don't even care if you judge me.
The local Boy Scout Troops put on an adorable carnival at the back of the festival.
Our family got very excited when we spotted Croatian twins from Canada.
We didn't have the girls participate in the most-alike contest this year, but they still got to go on stage to receive medals for being "Twinsburg Twins"
