Kindness Matters

The results of November's Election, have provided us with quite a few opportunities to teach our children important lessons.  We've had developmentally appropriate conversations about inclusion, acceptance and respect.  We've let them feel disappointment, reminded them there will be many times things don't go their way and taught them that how they react to disappointment matters.  Today, that means going to to school adorned with positive messages.  Here's to hoping for the best . . .
