Potential Buyer?????

We are four showings in and just got word that one of the families that came to see our house is very interested.  They are taking the night to talk things over, so our fingers and toes are crossed.  Although leaving the house for hours at a time isn't all that fun, we've enjoyed the feedback from all the showings.  Three out of the four realtors have mentioned how clean our house is, which is quite the pat-on-the back for this housewife (no one needs to know it doesn't always look that way, right?).  On the flip-side, one issue was uncovered that could be a bit of a pain to repair.  I guess we've got to take the bad with the good.  There's a broker's open scheduled for tomorrow, so we're looking forward to more feedback.  Hopefully our to-do list won't grow too much! 

By the way, we LOVE our agents and would highly recommend them
