2nd Big Decision of 2014

We've decided to put our house on the market in hopes of building our dream home.  This is happening sooner than planned, but we're anxious to make a move before interest rates start to creep back up.  There are plenty of hurtles to jump before this actually becomes a reality, but we're on our way to turning the blue print we've been holding onto for 13 years into a home.  All my fingers and toes are crossed that this is where we will live within the next year:

The process of trying to acquire this land has been nothing short of difficult.  I'll share all the details as soon as the paperwork is complete . . .  so much paperwork, and math, and decisions.
