Diaper Duty

Mia and Ava were put in Pampers the day they were born and have been in them ever since.  We loved the preemie swaddlers, so it just seemed natural to stick with them.  Babies R Us has some great promotions, making it easier to justify paying for brand name diapers (buy 2 cases, get a $20 gift card; buy 9 cases, get the 10th one free; store rewards program).  I recently picked up a case of baby wipes at Sam's Club and found a sample pack of diapers inside.  I didn't hesitate to give them a try.  They seemed to work really well, which brings me to my question for all you parents out there:  What is your diaper advice?  What brand do you like best?  What brand do you dislike?  Where do you get the best deals?  I feel like diapers are one of the areas where it's important to pay for a better quality, but I don't want to do so unnecessarily.  I've done a little research online, but I would rather have opinions from the people I know.  Admittedly, it shouldn't have taken me 15 months to seek advice. . . better late than never.
